The intent of our Fitness Maximization program is to develop our athletes into bigger, faster, and stronger individuals. We focus on specialized programs revolving around strength, conditioning, and injury prevention practices; all of these training practices are incorporated into each of our respective sports. Ranging from explosive strength training to rest emphasis and muscle recovery; every aspect of training plays a pivotal role in growing as an ID athlete.
